We collaborated our vision to create The Lofts, 5 live work spaces/apts from the large open 2nd floor of a warehouse. We had some real design limitations and challenges due to the original configuration. But the results were functional, clever and utilized the space available to its utmost potential. The spaces are in great demand and are always fully rented.
